Continual improvement of the organization's overall performance should be a permanent objective of the organization. This is a critical principle of the quality management system. The benefits include but not limited to the following:
  1. 1. Performance advantage through improved organizational capabilities.
  2. 2. Alignment of improvement activities at all levels to an organizations strategic intent.
  3. 3. Flexibility to react quickly to opportunities.
DMAIC and Change Management Organizations must continuously improve to be competitive. Improvement comes with change, and change comes with challenge.

The integration of the change management approach and DMAIC approach help to improve continual improvement within the organization and ensure its effectiveness.
Let us make Continual Improvement a conscious part of the quality management system in MAKON and this requires co-operation and support from everyone.
